PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal force transmission structure of an earthquake resisting wall capable of facilitating the work for carrying in construction materials and the work for installing them and constructing the earthquake resisting wall efficiently and to provide the earthquake resisting wall provided with this structure.;SOLUTION: The horizontal force transmission structures B1-B4 of the earthquake resisting wall A are provided between an earthquake resisting wall body 5 arranged in a space T surrounded by constituent members 1, 2, 3 of a building and the constituent members 1, 2, 3 to transmit the horizontal force acting from the constituent members 1, 2, 3 to the earthquake resisting wall body 5.
