PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hole-transporting multibranched copolymer which exhibits an excellent solubility to an organic solvent, and an excellent compatibility with a polycarbonate resin; and to provide a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The copolymer has a structure represented by formula (I), wherein Ar denotes a p-phenylene group or a m-phenylene group, excluding that the whole is a p-phenylene group or a m-phenylene group; and n denotes a degree of polymerization, and represents an integer of ≥2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
