PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notice missing a station to get off only by entering the station within a range in which a commutation ticket is valid.;SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 10: includes a GPS control circuit 32 having a GPS antenna 34, a commutation ticket IC 36 functioning as a commutation ticket, and a RAM 30 for storing commutation ticket information; and performs non-contact communication with a ticket gate machine including a reader/writer or the like. When a user enters a station within a range of the commutation ticket, a name of the station is temporarily stored in the RAM 30, and based on the commutation ticket information, any one of two stations representing ends of the range of the commutation ticket is set as a station to get off. A processor 20 determines missing a station to get off based on current positional information and positional information of the station to get off.
