PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail mounting structure of electric apparatus capable of easily assembling electric apparatus on a rail by the smaller number of components and fewer assembling man-hour and dispensing with a tool in being removed from the rail.;SOLUTION: Hook-shaped first connection parts 9a, 9b and hook-shaped second connection parts 9c, 9d which are confronted each other are arranged on a case bottom face 3a, the first connection parts are connected with and hooked on one rail edge part 2a in a width direction of the rail 2, and the second connection parts are connected with and hooked on the other rail edge part 2b. Further, a linear spring 10 formed by bending in a mountain-shape is arranged on the case bottom face. The linear spring is elastically deformed so as to make an inclined angle of the mountain loose by coming in contact with an end face of one rail edge connected with the first connection part, and the other rail edge is pushed by the second connection part since spring biasing force of the linear spring is given to the rail.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
