PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum coating material having a coating film excellent in corrosion resistance and adhesiveness with no need of waste liquid treatment or use of harmful substances by forming a silicon-containing coating film through a hydrophilic film on the surface of an aluminum material and a method for manufacturing the aluminum coating material.;SOLUTION: The aluminum coating material is an aluminum material of aluminum or an aluminum alloy having a silicon-containing coating film on the surface: and a hydrophilic film with a contact angle of 30° or less is formed on the surface of the aluminum material by ozone surface treatment and also a silicon oxide-containing film is further formed on the hydrophilic film if necessary, and the method is for manufacturing the aluminum coating material as described.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
