PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having a low and a tunable dielectric constant.;SOLUTION: The composition comprises a polymer material and a non-linear dielectric ceramic filler, wherein the non-linear dielectric ceramic filler has a dielectric constant not less than about 100 and the dielectric constant of the composition is tunable. The composition also comprises a polymer and perovskite, and the composition has a tunable dielectric constant of about 2 to about 100.
