PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for constructing a sand pile which can construct the sand pile even in a narrow sand-pile construction area in which a space for operating a sand pile material feeding means cannot be secured immediately below or in the immediate vicinity of an existing structure, which requires a small-sized construction facility, and which has a high construction efficiency by controlling the time required for plasticization.;SOLUTION: In this method for constructing a sand pile, a fluidized sand pile material containing a slow acting plasticizer is press-fitted into a ground while maintaining the fluidized state, and the fluidized sand pile material is plasticized in the ground to obtain the sand pile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
