PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality and productivity of a mold-molded article.;SOLUTION: Firstly, the molded bodies 2a having the grooves 6 are formed on a substrate 1 while extending in an X direction. Next, the molded bodies 2b extending in a Y direction are formed on the substrate 1 while clogging up the grooves 6. After that, the resins of the molded bodies 2a and 2b are thermally cured at a temperature higher than those of their formation. Then, a mold-molded article 10 with a stiffener 7 is formed by cutting the substrate 1 together with the molded bodies 2a in the X direction and also cutting the substrate 1 with the molded bodies 2b in the Y direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
