PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste for high corrosion-resistant rustproof paint having excellent long-term storage stability, a high corrosion-resistant rustproof paint prepared by using the rustproof paint, and steel material and steel structure coated with the same. PSOLUTION: In the paste for high corrosion-resistant rustproof paint having excellent long-term storage stability, Zn alloy particles are dispersed, as a pigment, in an organic solvent including a dispersant, wherein the Zn alloy particle comprises Mg in an amount of 0.01 to 30 mass% and the remain of Zn and unavoidable impurities and has an average particle size of 0.01 to 200 m. Further, the dispersant is silica particles having a particle size of 0.1 to 100 nm and the content is 0.1 to 10 mass% per the organic solvent in the paste. Moreover, the high corrosion-resistant rustproof paint is prepared by using the past and steel material and steel structure are coated with the high corrosion-resistant rustproof paint.
