PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is rather difficult, from the viewpoint of a construction method, to prevent an ascending air current in a wall to prevent dew condensation in the wall in a house built by a conventional wooden construction method.;SOLUTION: In the conventional wooden construction method, a glass wool material of about 10.5 cm square is wrapped in a silver film and inserted in a lower end portion of the wall to suppress the ascending air current in the wall that causes dew condensation in the wall. The wrapped glass wool material serves as an air current stopper, and exhibits the performance of a heat insulating material.
