Provided are a tumor growth inhibitor and a tumor growth suppression method applicable to a minimally invasive cancer treatment using low-power ultrasonic waves. The present invention provides a tumor growth inhibitor containing an ultrasonic sensitive substance and an acoustic cavitation enhancing substance, and low-power ultrasonic waves used for echo diagnosis are applied to the tumor growth inhibitor. In combination, the present invention provides a method for inhibiting tumor growth that can be applied to minimally invasive cancer treatment using low-power ultrasound that can exert a tumor growth-inhibiting effect.
