Engagement structure of the edged tool and the bamboo in the bamboo fiber-reinforced material production device

P To provide a cutter and bamboo engagement cutting/stripping structure in an apparatus for producing a bamboo fiber reinforcement which adjusts/secures the diameter and length of fibers in prescribed sizes and has an optimum form as reinforcing fibers. PSOLUTION: In the bamboo fiber reinforcement manufacturing apparatus, a bamboo fiber cutting/stripping cutter which is rotated by a rotation means and has a prescribed length suitable for an optimum bamboo length as the reinforcing fibers and a guide part which keeps a prescribed spacing at a symmetrical position of the rotary shaft part of the cutter and at a position dislocated downward by a prescribed distance are provided and respectively. It is made of a guide member with the cutting/stripping depth of bamboo formed adjustably. During the cutting/stripping the bamboo fibers, to the rotary shaft of the bamboo fiber cutting/stripping cutter and the axis of the bamboo is held in parallel and ON a vertical line.
