PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for issuing log information, issuing significant log information including a log message high in importance even when the load of an internal resource is high, while enabling log collection with a large information volume in a steady state.;SOLUTION: This device for issuing log information is equipped with: a priority information management part 202 for storing priority information of log messages therein; a message sort processing part 201 for storing the log messages in a message queue 204 on a priority basis; an internal resource information collection part 206 for determining a load condition from operation information of the internal resource of the device for issuing log information; a log message queue processing part 205 for extracting log messages of a type and a number according to the load condition from the message queue 204; and a log processing part 210 for outputting, as log information, the log messages extracted by the log message queue processing part 205.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
