PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing agent for makeup cosmetics that has strong cleansing power and a good feeling of use and is free from the oily and sticky feeling after use.;SOLUTION: The cleansing agent for makeup cosmetics is a block copolymer or graft copolymer formed by combining a plurality of polymer sections having a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of higher than 0°C and lower than 37°C with a hydrophilic polymer section, the cleansing agent for makeup cosmetics being characterized by containing a polymer compound of which the aqueous solution has a sol-gel transition temperature of higher than 0°C and lower than 37°C and water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
