PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sealing the edge part of a separation membrane laminate capable of well performing the selective sealing of the edge part of the separation membrane laminate by simple work, the separation membrane laminate, and a separation membrane element.;SOLUTION: When a separation membrane, a flow channel material on a supply side and a flow channel material on a permeation side are laminated, they are laminated so that the edge part of either one of the flow channel material on the supply side and the flow channel material on the permeation side is positioned inside the edge parts of both of the other flow channel material and the separation membrane and, in a state that the edge parts of both of the other flow channel material and the separation membrane are compressed and deformed in a lamination direction at a position where one flow channel material is not present, the edge parts of both of the other flow channel material and the separation membrane are immersed in a sealant to be sealed. The separation membrane laminate is cut at the position remoter from the edge parts than the compression part in the edge part of the separation membrane laminate and immersed in the sealant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
