PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensionally crosslinked product, a three-dimensionally crosslinking method, a hydrogel, and a drug delivery system, which enable the dissolution of a sparingly water-soluble drug, free from the troubles of the separation and precipitation of the sparingly water-soluble drug by dilution and enabling the release control suitable for oral administration.;SOLUTION: The three-dimensionally crosslinked product of a polyglycerol dendrimer is obtained by crosslinking a polyglycerol dendrimer with ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether or poly(ethylene glycol) diglycidyl ether. The three-dimensionally crosslinked product is swollen by using water or ethanol as a dispersion medium to form a hydrogel.
