PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated aluminum material for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor case, having sufficient resistance to high temperatures and high humidity while having formability of forming it to the aluminum electrolytic capacitor case having a large ratio of a height to a diameter, to provide a case of an on-vehicle aluminum electrolytic capacitor, and to provide the aluminum electrolytic capacitor.;SOLUTION: The resin-coated aluminum material for the aluminum electrolytic capacitor case includes an aluminum base material, and two cured resin layers of an upper resin layer containing a polyester based resin and a lower resin layer containing an epoxy based resin, and the thickness of all resin layers is 2-22 m. It is cured so that the methyl ethyl ketone extraction rate of all resin layer becomes 10-40%, and the thickness of the upper resin layer is 20-90% of the thickness of all rein layers.
