PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injecting apparatus and an injection method which allow a predetermined injection quantity of liquid to be poured in a drum can or the like even when the injection is done through a funnel, by removing residual air in a container.;SOLUTION: An injecting vessel 3 is provided with a hose connection tube 7 that allows a hose 21 to be connected through a pipe 14, while the capacity of the injecting vessel 3 is set to be equal to or less than the volume of the upper space within a tank 16 into which liquid is transferred at the time when the liquid level in the tank 16 into which liquid is transferred reaches the lower end of the pipe 14, whereas an air-vent plug 17 is provided, at a position different from that of a pouring inlet on the upper surface of the tank 16 into which liquid is transferred, which allows the upper space to be released arbitrarily into the atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
