PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock component setting system, capable of more appropriately identifying stock components carried by maintenance workers to improve work efficiency, and a stock component setting method and a stock component setting program.;SOLUTION: A control part 11 of a service component stock setting system 10 generates recommended reference value data by national, by-prefecture and by-CE methods. In the national and by-prefecture methods, a maintenance replacement ratio is calculated based on past consumption data and the number of apparatuses operated in the market, and based on the maintenance replacement ratio and the number of apparatuses operated in the market in a prediction target month in which CEs belonging to a prediction target SS are in charge, a component number expected value is calculated. The control part 11 performs the integrated processing of recommended reference values obtained by multiplying the component number expected value by a correction coefficient, and performs the removal processing of non-stock components, installation processing and stock reference setting processing.
