PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for appropriately setting a line voltage drop compensator in a power distribution system including a power distribution line where voltage rises.;SOLUTION: When a voltage rise power distribution line exists in a plurality of power distribution lines, temporary transmission voltage from a power distribution transformer is calculated based on voltage at a highest voltage point in the voltage rise power distribution line and a lowest voltage point in the power distribution line having voltage distribution where voltage drops in accordance with a distance from the power distribution transformer.
