PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user, who writes down on a medium, to unconsciously determine attributes of writing information.;SOLUTION: In a document server 20, when a reception part 21 receives pen tip attributes applied to writing information, an image composition part 27 composes a code image showing the identification information of a medium, the position information on the medium, and additional information showing the pen tip attributes with the document image of an electronic document generated by a document image generation part 26 to generate a composite image, and a transmission part 29 transmits the print instruction of the composite image to an image formation apparatus.
