PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof truss member which builds a roof structure with excellent load resistance, improving the easiness and safety of a construction, and reduces a construction period, manufactured at saved material cost, and has excellent load resistance, and also provide a method for constructing a roof using the roof truss member.;SOLUTION: This truss unit for a roof assembly includes: a truss body 1 in which a horizontal beam 12 is joined horizontally to the lower sides of rafters 11, 11 which are combined with each other in a chevron shape and the tops of both rafters 11, 11 are joined to the horizontal beam 12 through a king post 13; a truss skeleton 2 formed of a horizontal member 21, angle brace members 22, 22 and crown post members 23, 23 which are provided to inside the truss body 1; and planar reinforcing bodies 3 formed of top gusset plates 31, 31, bottom gusset plates 32, 32, and side gusset plates 33, 33 which are fixedly placed on both front and rear surfaces of a triangle part formed by the truss body 1 and the truss skeleton 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
