PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid feeder not necessitating flexible material in order to form a micro flow path, surely conveying micro fluid over a relatively long distance, and simplifying a manufacturing process therefor.;SOLUTION: This micro fluid feeder 1 includes a substrate 10 and a plurality of electro-osmotic flow pumps P. A micro flow path 11 with micro fluid conveyed thereon is formed on the substrate 10.
