From concretely, this invention identifies the dolichol phosphate mannose dependence 1,3 mannoshirutoransuhueraze gene of hansenuraporimoruhua, the description above deficiency point to the gene which is identified, to produce the hansenuraporimoruhua variant which produces the glycoprotein which saccharification decreases, regards the method of producing the glycoprotein which has the human type sugar chain due to the various operations of the aforementioned variant.
