PSOLUTION: Character information of characters, or the like is stored in a character table part 27, a plurality of icons respectively associated with individual characters constituting the character information are displayed in a display part 25 selectably in association with the inclination of a small terminal device, a signal receiving part 21 receives inclination information detected by the small terminal device and a determination signal determined by pressing a cross key part of the small terminal device, an icon corresponding to the inclination information is selected among a plurality of displayed icons, and a character associated with the selected icon upon receiving the determination signal is determined as input information.
