PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present detailed safety information in each area of a visiting destination (local spot) and to quickly and surely transmit disaster information to each traveler.;SOLUTION: Safety information/disaster information is collected from domestic and local prescribed agencies and safety information is collected from users having practically visited the local spot. The reliability of the collected safety information is calculated and only the safety information having reliability of a prescribed value and more is provided to users.
