PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having remarkably excellent low loss, abrasion resistance and breaking characteristics, to provide a modified natural rubber suitable as the rubber component of the rubber composition, and to provide a modified natural rubber latex capable of producing the modified natural rubber. PSOLUTION: This modified natural rubber latex is prepared by adding a protected isocyanate group-containing monomer to a natural rubber latex to graft-polymerize the protected isocyanate group-containing monomer on natural rubber in the natural rubber latex.
