PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition markedly excellent in low loss tangent, abrasion resistance and breakage resistance, to obtain a modified natural rubber suitable as rubber component of the rubber composition, and to obtain a modified natural rubber latex capable of producing the modified natural rubber. PSOLUTION: The modified natural rubber latex is obtained by adding an isocyanate group-containing monomer to a natural rubber latex and making a graft polymerization of the monomer to natural rubber molecules in the natural rubber latex. The modified natural rubber is obtained by coagulating and evaporating to dryness of the modified natural rubber latex. The rubber composition using the modified natural rubber is also provided.
