PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance fire-resisting performance of under-eaves in an eaves soffit structure of a building more efficiently than increasing a thickness of an eaves soffit board.;SOLUTION: The eaves soffit structure is provided on a rear side of the eaves of a building with an eave-soffit member 80 having predetermined fire-resistant performance and an under-eaves space S is formed at the upper part of the eave-soffit member 80. The eave-soffit member 80 is composed of an eaves soffit board 35 having predetermined fire-resistant performance and a fire-resistant reinforcement layer 81 laminated on the eaves soffit board 35. The fire-resistant reinforcement layer 81 is formed one of a thermal insulation layer 82, a heat-insulation layer 83 or a heat-absorption layer 84, or otherwise by laminating two or all the layers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
