PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a medical fluid to be injected into a cell without fault, and to protect the tip of a capillary needle.;SOLUTION: A capillary needle 101 injects the medical fluid held in the inside at the timing of an injecting pressure being added from an injection mechanism part 111. A capillary needle-moving mechanism part 108 notifies the dislocation of the capillary needle 101 in the longitudinal direction to a control part 110. A captured coordinates storing part 109 captures and stores in advance the captured coordinates where a cell is captured. The control part 110 receives the information regarding the dislocation of the capillary needle 101 from the capillary needle-moving mechanism part 108 and indicates injection of the medical fluid to the injection mechanism part 111, when the capillary needle 101 is drawn up to a prescribed position, after the capillary needle 101 is maximally protruded.
