PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment which enables construction of a shield tunnel without using a back-filling material and without interrupting an underground stream, and to provide a shield tunnel construction method using the segments, and the shield tunnel. PSOLUTION: The segment is formed of a segment main body 110, a bag body 120 which is arranged on a rear surface of the segment main body 110, and inflated when a filler is filled; and a water permeable portion 130 which is arranged on a rear surface of the bag body 120, and having water permeability imparted thereto.
