PURPOSE: Barium titanate based powder, a manufacturing method thereof, a dielectric ceramic, and a laminated ceramic condenser are provided to control the inferior insulation of the laminated ceramic condenser by improving the smoothness of a dielectric ceramic layer. CONSTITUTION: Barium titanate based powder has the average particle diameter D1 of 10~200 nanometers. A manufacturing method of the barium titanate based powder comprises the following steps: preparing small material powder; dispersing the small material powder to a dispersion medium; precipitating the small material powder inside the dispersion medium; and collecting only the small material powder inside the dispersion medium.
