PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate spring for vibration isolating device having a novel structure, capable of driving a member to be connected such as an exciting member or a moving piece stably by absorbing a manufacturing dimensional error or an assembling error of a component by elastic deformation in a direction perpendicular to the axis effectively.;SOLUTION: A plurality of spiral connection arm parts 132, 202 which extend radially while inclinting circumferentially from center installation sections 122, 192 toward outer peripheral installation sections 124, 194 are provided circumferentially at equal intervals.
