PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring temperature of a pouched fluid food that can allow temperature to be measured accurately without restricting waving of a pouch due to sliding, nor allowing a measurement point of a sensor to be deviated by obviating the need of a plurality of jigs having different heights corresponding to various thicknesses of pouches.;SOLUTION: This temperature measuring jig includes a packing ground (6) for holding a probe (5) having at its tip end a temperature sensor (4) at the outside of a pouch, a male screw portion (7) for fixing the packing ground to one end of the pouch, a sensor holding member (2) having a female screw (9), and a sensor holder (3) that is constituted by a rod member and has formed thereon a probe insertion hole (11) to which the probe (5) is inserted in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The temperature measuring jig further includes a male screw portion (13), a washer (15) and a female screw (16) that are adapted to fix the sensor holder (3) to only a pouch wall at the lower side of the pouch.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
