PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clear a business negotiation content, and to simplify a format of a contract document. PSOLUTION: Contract information capable of preparing the contract document is recorded in a record of a contract table selected by assigning a contract ID for identifying uniquely the contract, for the contract correlated with one or more of a business negotiation ID for identifying uniquely the business negotiation content, by selecting a business negotiation ID for identifying uniquely the business negotiation content, a customer ID for identifying uniquely a customer, a contract classification ID for identifying a classification of the contract, and an article code for identifying uniquely an article. Template files having a prescribed format are selectively combined to prepare the contract document, based on the contract information specified by assigning the contract ID.
