PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and cost required for cleaning drain pipes and getting rid of destructive insects.;SOLUTION: A sanitation management system has: a hot-water storage tank which stores therein hot water of a temperature higher than a given temperature that is produced in a building having a drain pipe; an instruction means which gives an instruction to send the hot water stored in the hot-water storage tank to the drain pipe; and a water sending means which send the hot water to the drain pipe when receiving the instruction from the instruction means for sending the hot water to the drain pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
