PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image inspection device capable of enhancing the detection accuracy of image flaws, and to provide an image inspection device system and an image inspection program. PSOLUTION: The image inspection device includes a selection means for selecting a region, where a predetermined image is to be constituted and has a density distribution similar to the density distribution of the region, corresponding to the vicinity region located from the vicinity region, which is a region constituting an inspection image, obtained by reading an image formed by printing the predetermined image and positioned in the vicinity of an inspection region that is an inspection target; and a flaw inspection means for inspecting whether the inspection region has image flaws, by comparing the featured values which feature the vicinity region selected by the selection means with a featured value which features the inspection region, on the basis of density. The detection accuracy of the image flaw can be enhanced by reducing the effect of nonuniform density that is the density of the inspection image which is nonuniform as a whole, and the density of the vicinity region of the locally nonuniform inspection image and which do not exist in the predetermined image, based of the inspection image.
