PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve suitable for back-flow prevention by preventing deflection of a valve surface in a small variable displacement pump and to provide the variable displacement pump using it.;SOLUTION: The deflection is caused when an outer peripheral seal part 14 of a valve mold body molded of a flexible material such as rubber is caught and fixed in an inner structure of the variable displacement pump. The variable displacement pump has a construction that an arm 15 connecting the valve surface 13 and the outer peripheral part 14 in the valve mold body is formed in a shape having a through-hole 18 and a curved part 16, the deflection is absorbed by the arm 15 and the deflection is prevented from being transmitted to the valve surface 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
