PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax user's work when a plurality of components are fractionated in a GC analysis to be analyzed with high resolving power.;SOLUTION: When a chromatogram derived from monitoring analysis is displayed on a display screen (S1 and S2) and a user indicates a peak desired to be analyzed in detail to indicate the formation of a batch file (S3 and S4), a fractionation window for cutting out each indicated peak is set according to a condition such as time width predetermined with respect to the peak (S5), and a method file of the data formed of a time program for performing the switching of the flow channel corresponding to the fractionation window and the analyzing condition during the period is formed at every fractionation window (S6). Further, the batch file for executing a plurality of the method files in order according to the elapse of time is formed (S7).
