PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communication equipment efficiently transmitting information between roadside communication equipment and onboard communication equipment or between the onboard communication and the onboard equipment even when shadowing occurs.;SOLUTION: The radio communication equipment (1) comprises a means (relay transmission decision unit 13) for deciding whether relay transmission of a signal from a transmission source is necessary or not on the basis of a previously received peripheral onboard communication equipment information list and information on an information transmission range specified in data received from the transmission source, and means (control unit 11 and a radio unit 12) for controlling the transmission of the signal on the basis of the decided result.
