PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile-prefabricated form structure and a tile-prefabricated form method, which prevent the separation or flaking of a prefabricated tile from a surface of a structural member, made of high-strength concrete, by reducing the stress strain of the adhesive boundary surface of the tile.;SOLUTION: In the tile-prefabricated form structure, a joint 4 between the tiles 3 to be prefabricated is formed as a stress blocking joint 5 deeper than the backside 30 of the tile.
