PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for making sealed matter which does not need pasting and can prevent folded parts from bulging by overlapped sheets even upon a two-fold working.;SOLUTION: An upper sheet and a lower sheet are attached to each other, a folding perforation for twofold is formed on the lower sheet, an adhesive application area is disposed on the upper surface of the lower sheet and on three peripheral parts of one side area divided by the folding perforation, an adhesive application area is disposed on the whole surface area beside the adhesive application area disposed on the three peripheral parts, a release agent application area is disposed on the back surface of the upper sheet and on an area superimposed on the adhesive application area, an area on which an adhesive is not applied is disposed between the folding perforation and the adhesive application area in the vicinity of both ends of the folding perforation, and an area on which the upper sheet is not superimposed is disposed on an area where the adhesive is not applied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
