PSOLUTION: This temperature/humidity management system 1 of the greenhouse includes an inner room 10 for cultivating crops P, an outer room 20 covering the inner room 10 and having air flow channels (SSB1/SB, SSB2/SB, SSB3/SB), and a heat pump-type heating/cooling device 30 composed of an outdoor unit 32 and an indoor unit 34. In operating the heat pump-type heating and cooling device 30, the air discharged from the outdoor unit 32 is raised and guided to a space formed between the inner room 10 and the outer room 20, heat exchange is performed by utilizing the temperature difference between an outside air temperature and a temperature of the air discharged from the outdoor unit 32, and further the humidity of the air is lowered, so that the heat exchanged and dehumidified air is guided to the inner room 10.
