PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which can well give an embossed design having embossment heat resistance, is good in lamination aptitude on a metal sheet, and especially can well transfer a precision embossed design, an embossed design sheet, a metal coated with the embossed design sheet, a building interior material, etc.;SOLUTION: In the laminated sheet having two layers consisting of a layer A and a layer B, the layer A is a non-oriented resin layer having a thickness of ≥20 μm which mainly comprises a resin mixture containing 25-75 mass% of a substantially amorphous polyester resin and 75-25 mass% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and has a prescribed storage modulus of elasticity. The layer B is a non-oriented resin layer which contains 70-95 mass% of a polybutylene terephthalate resin of 215-235°C melting point or a polytrimethylene terephthalate resin of 215-235°C melting point and has a thickness of ≥30 μm.
