The invention provides a call control system, which can change a communication path of signaling dynamically, in the case that signaling, which uses SIP, is carrired out. The call control system comprising, at least, a sender terminal (1), a receiver terminal (2) and a call control apparatus (3), wherein the call control apparatus (3) determines the communication path of signaling between the sender terminal (1) and the receiver terminal (2). The call control apparatus (3) determines the communication path corresponding to sender information wherein the sender information is included in an INVITE signal received from the sender terminal (1), and controls signaling via the determined communication path.
