PSOLUTION: According to that the terminal 30 performs a browsing request of a page, advertisement candidate information is transmitted from an advertisement distribution device 10. On the terminal 30 side having received that, the matching of the advertisement to be displayed can be performed based on a past browsing history of an already browsed page in the terminal 30. Thereby, the advertisement fit for the interest or the concern of the user can be made to be displayed on the terminal without transmitting the browsing history to the outside.
