PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize gaps between stranded electric wires, and to prevent unraveling of stranding.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing device is equipped with a first electric wire end holding part 12 for holding one ends of a plurality of electric wires W; a plurality of second electric wire end holding parts 30, respectively holding ends of the plurality of electric wires; a stranding driving part 20 for rotating the first electric wire end holding part 12; an electric wire end supporting state switching part 40 for carrying out switching between rotatable states and rotation regulated states of the plurality of second electric wire end holding parts 30; a stranding rotation regulating part 50 for regulating rotation for stranding the plurality of electric wires W, and a rotation regulating part driving part 60 moving the stranding rotation regulating part 50. After a first stranding process of moving the stranding rotation regulating part 50, while rotating the first electric wire end holding part 12, in a state of rotatably holding respective other ends of the plurality of electric wires W, a second stranding process is carried out of rotating the first electric wire end holding part 12, in a state of holding respective other ends of the plurality of electric wires W in rotation regulated states.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
