The present invention relates to a method of producing a combinatorial library of functional expression from a combinatorial library of nucleic acids belonging including cloning step by recombination in yeast, the same gene family. The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a functional expression over combinatory libraries by sequencing imprint for each of the mosaic proteins of the library as well as methods to produce functional mosaic proteins.
