PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent spontaneous combustion by accurately controlling the temperature of stored coal.;SOLUTION: In the case wherein a unit is stopped in a step SA11, the step is advanced to a step SA12 to determine whether a fuel ratio of the coal stored in a coal yard is less than 1.3 or not. In the case of the fuel ratio less than 1.3, the step is advanced to a step SA13, and in the case of the fuel ratio at 1.3 or more, the step is advanced to a step SA14. In the step SA13, a determination whether the period scheduled to stop the unit exceeds seven days or not is done, and in the case of exceeding seven days, the coal temperature control is performed. In the step SA14, a determination whether the period scheduled to stop the unit exceeds fourteen days or not is done, and in the case of exceeding fourteen days, the coal temperature control is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
