PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile device with a forwarding function appropriately managing a printed material without conducting unwanted printing even though printing-available forward data exist, and to provide a control program of the device.SOLUTION: A facsimile device with a forwarding function includes: communication parts (32, 34) capable of receiving both printing-intended data and forward-intended data as receiving data; an analysis part (52) for analyzing analysis object data out of the received data; and a printing part (40) capable of printing the received data. When at least either of a first error where a part of the forward-intended data is not received as reception data by communication parts (32, 34), or a second error where a partial analysis of analysis object data fails by the analysis part (52) occurs, the printing part (40) avoids the printing of the received data corresponding to the forward-intended data.
